Description: Justclick.co.uk is a graduate job board with a careers advice section. It's unique attribute appears to be that employers can search for candidates based on a unique Psychometric job profile facility which is not available on any other job board in the UK. Their MD will be on the judging panel for the National Graduate Recruitment Awards 2010. They also seem to offer a personal career coaching service that is free.
