Continuing personal development
It would be nice to think that after years of GCSEs, A levels and undergraduate exams that you might be able to let up with the studying for a while. Well, you might get a bit of a breather but if you want your brilliant career to last longer than a couple of years, it's likely that you will need to study for further professional qualifications and learn about all the other skills that University life hasn't prepared you for - performance management, dealing with people management issues, business leadership skills, leading change and so on.
